This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes.All prices below are base prices. As well as I promise to not request any chargeback once the artwork is finished.

Terms of Service
• Payments are only accepted in USD and will be taken via Square. I will always send an email invoice.• Payments will be made 75% upfront, and the remaining 25% upon completion. Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay the 75% upfront within 48 hours.• It may take me up to 4 months to finish the commission. I will complete commissions in order of receiving them, so please be patient as I am only human. If I’m unable to complete your commission for any reason, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, there will be no refund.• As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks. You cannot claim my art or designs as your own. Please be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites.• Only when the full payment has been received will the high quality file and ownership of the commission be transferred to the client. You will not receive printed and shipped art.• If you would like your artwork to be private and not posted, I may charge extra.• You are prohibited from using any original or commissioned art to partake in anything related to crypto art/NFTs. You also can not use any of my art with AI art generators. My artwork is not for commercial use, and is for personal use only. "Personal use" means the artwork won't generate any sort of profit. Using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc), printing for yourself (not for selling) is personal use. "Commercial use" is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc).• **I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason. **I'm also allowed to modify or remove details such as complex patterns if you’re unable to send over reference materials, or alternatively, will charge extra for those complex details.• I do not provide complex backgrounds but can draw certain complex elements – please check in advance if you're unsure. Decorative backgrounds (patterns or simple details) are included in the price. If you require additional elements that need to be hand-drawn or shaded, this could result in an extra charge.• I will not accept NSFW or otherwise graphic commissions. This includes extreme gore, kinks, or sexually charged scenarios. Suggestive themes or tasteful nudity is left to my discretion whether they will be accepted.• Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, so there may be some small differences between the examples provided and the illustration you will receive.• If something happens and you want to cancel your commission before I have begun, let me know. You are also allowed to change your character before I start your commission. However, if you have already paid and your new character is more detailed, I will ask you to pay for the extra details.• Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to save the commission within a month of receiving the final commission files. In case you are unable to do so, please let me know as soon as possible so we can work out an alternate solution. I discard my old art at the end of every year, so any lost files that weren’t saved are the responsibility of the customer and therefore will not be refunded.
Working progress
• Commissioner will receive a draft sketch for approval. Afterward, a cleaner draft will be proposed for second approval. Please list all the desired changes when receiving these sketches. If everything is approved, I'll proceed to finish the artwork and send a final copy of the artwork.• Please also keep aware that I offer a limited amount of edits during the sketching phase. Be upfront with any changes you need but keep in mind that there’s a limit to how many times I allow edits. If something isn’t a necessary detail/change, please don’t list it after the first draft sketch.• After the second draft has been approved and/or the color process has begun, I will not make any further adjustments to the lineart or sketch.• If you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, there will be a fee depending on the changes.• When the commission is complete, you will receive a high quality file of the finished commission, as well as one with my watermark. I am also happy to send over high quality sketch files upon completion should you desire them.
